Transformative Education Role

This exciting position is designed to empower facilitators who are passionate and experienced in transformative education. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating the educational elements of the Recovery College, supporting the development of new Recovery College educators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-facilitate and develop the Educator Foundation Program (EFP)
  • Provide support to educators to co-develop and co-facilitate courses
  • Support with planning, curation and preparation of courses
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of policies related to the WARCA Integrity Framework
  • Contribute to quality assurance processes to ensure a high standard of course content and alignment with the College's Integrity Framework.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree level qualification or professional experience in education
  • Australian Working Rights
