Job Opportunity
">We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Toowoomba. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and welcoming nature of our seniors living facilities.
">The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for carrying out repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance tasks, as well as supervising and managing a team of maintenance and ground-keeping staff.
">This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly contribute to the wellbeing of our residents and the smooth operation of our services.
">To be successful in this role, you will require:
">- A strong knowledge and commitment to Work Health and Safety">
- A minimum two years' experience as a Handyman, Maintenance or Trade">
- A current Police Check and valid Australian Work Rights">
- Experience supervising a team">
Desirable qualifications include knowledge or experience using a computer-based maintenance management system.
