Job Title: Grounds Keeper/Gardener

Maintaining the grounds of a residential school is an ongoing position that requires attention to detail and physical stamina. Working 7.6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, you will be responsible for ensuring the outdoor spaces are well-manicured and visually appealing.

To excel in this role, candidates should have:

  • Landscape gardening and horticulture experience
  • A current driver's licence and reliable transport
  • A good level of fitness for manual labor tasks

Suitable prior experience in a similar role is essential, with horticulture qualifications considered advantageous. Effective communication skills are also required for following scheduled routines and responding to any changes in the upkeep plan.
