Lead Technical Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our technical strategy and drive business growth through data-driven initiatives.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

About the Role

The Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for developing and implementing technical solutions that meet client objectives. This includes leading technical streams for projects, providing expert knowledge on data analytics, and driving analytical marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor for data and marketing technology solutions.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and facilitate effective communication.
  • Possess strong knowledge of business processes from a data-driven perspective.
  • Provide technical expertise for designing, modeling, and implementing clients' data-related initiatives.
  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide expert knowledge on data analytics and its role in marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure successful project delivery through effective project management and risk mitigation.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Appropriate degree in Computing or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities with a hands-on mentality.
  • Passion for big data projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to lead conversations and think on your feet.
  • Data platforms experience: Snowflake, Databricks, CDP's.
  • Cloud platforms experience: AWS, GCP, Azure.
  • Experience in ETL, real-time data processing, data modeling, data science, and data governance.
  • Marketing automation solutions experience: SAS, Salesforce, Adobe, Unica, Braze.
