Public Relations & Communications Specialist

Role Summary

This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Public Relations & Communications Specialist. As a key member of our communications team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communications strategies to enhance our brand reputation and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute communications plans that align with our overall business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local media, influencers, and other key stakeholders
- Create engaging content that showcases our brand values and resonates with our target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of campaigns
- Monitor and analyze the impact of our communications efforts on our brand reputation and business results

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in public relations and communications, preferably in the retail sector
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective communications strategies
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their applications in communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
