Job Overview

The Product Allocation Specialist plays a pivotal role in delivering customer satisfaction through effective product allocation strategies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support retail and visual merchandising teams to execute action plans that drive sales and profit.
  • Load and execute the visual merchandising matrix, aligning directives across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the distribution team to meet dispatch deadlines and fulfill demand forecasts.
  • Conduct regular site visits, store checks, and distribution inspections to validate stock levels and identify opportunities to optimize inventory.
  • Create capacity reports for all channels and distribute stock accordingly.
  • Manage the effective execution of promotional activities across all channels.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • You are a systems and process champion with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • You have a passion for retail; understanding the landscape and succeeding in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excel is your strong suit; you are proficient in VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • You are fast, efficient, and well-organized.
