Strategic Technology Leader

About the Role:

  • Lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional technology services that support business performance and productivity across the state.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth delivery of services by collaborating with stakeholders, functional teams, and senior leaders.
  • Provide insight and guidance on technology issues impacting business performance, contributing to broader strategic discussions.
  • Recommend and lead implementation of improvements to specialised audio and visual systems.

Requirements:

  • A relevant qualification in Electronic Engineering or Information Technology.
  • 5 years' experience in contemporary radio, TV, or recording studios, or 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, operating systems, and applications.
  • Proven experience in a technology management role.
  • An understanding of ITIL service support and delivery management.
