About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at Cleanaway. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will play a critical role in reviewing, recommending, and implementing changes to payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data reconciliation between payroll systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify variances and trends.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into payroll performance.
  • Review and recommend payroll process changes to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
  • Provide detailed reporting of payroll variances and accuracy.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual who is skilled in data analysis and payroll processes. You will have prior experience with large transactional payroll systems and ERP's, as well as a strong understanding of EBAs, Awards, and Payroll regulations. You will be proficient in data analytical tools such as MS Excel and MS PowerBI/Query.
