About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to join our team at Cleanaway. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will play a critical role in reviewing, recommending, and implementing changes to payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data reconciliation between payroll systems to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify variances and trends.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into payroll performance.
  • Review and recommend payroll process changes to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
  • Provide detailed reporting and dashboards of payroll variances to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy and timelines of employee data and backpay information.
About You

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a challenge and enjoys solving problems. You will be great in this role if you:

  • Have prior experience with large transactional payroll systems and ERP's such as Kronos or Preceda.
  • Possess a deep knowledge of EBAs, Awards, Payroll regulations, and data management.
  • Are proficient with data analytical tools such as MS Excel, MS PowerBI/Query, or other data manipulation software.
  • Have strong attention to detail and a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Are a talented communicator who can convey complex analysis and data to varying levels of our organisation.
  • Can work to tight time frames and prioritize and manage your time and tasks effectively.
