Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical facilities and engineering services for our clients in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage site operations, ensuring all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are met, and implementing continuous quality improvement practices.
  • Develop and maintain building procedures and performance measures to ensure operational standards are consistently met.
  • Review existing operations regularly and develop initiatives to reduce costs and improve operational standards.
  • Provide comprehensive reporting relating to the Critical Environment as directed, including 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance.
  • Implement and maintain the JLL Operational Risk Management (ORM) program.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Facilities Manager role with in-depth knowledge of technical aspects of property, including Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller systems, Fire Protection systems, Mechanical & Electrical systems, and Building Management Systems.
  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements and vendor management for specialized services.
  • Proven ability to understand and interpret commercial contracts, possess strong budget management and financial analysis skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines, analytical ability to solve problems using a quantitative approach, and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels.
