Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Job Description:Nayax is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the regulatory compliance and legal aspects of our operations in Australia and New Zealand. This role requires a strong understanding of local financial regulations, particularly anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF), as well as corporate law.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to all applicable financial services laws and regulations in both jurisdictions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain AML/CTF systems and controls, ensuring they remain effective and relevant.
- Monitor and report on compliance matters to the Nayax Group Corporate Compliance team.
- Provide legal guidance on commercial matters, including contracts and corporate governance.
We are looking for a qualified lawyer with experience in compliance and legal advisory roles, preferably in the fintech or financial industry. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing and administering internal controls and processes.
Desirable Skills:- Experience in managing AML/CTF systems and controls.
- Familiarity with local regulatory frameworks in Australia and New Zealand.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
