Job Overview
This role supports the Senior Manager of Product Risk Governance to enable and validate that colleagues deliver best in class products, propositions, and processes to all customers, while mitigating associated risks.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute control strategy to improve risk and control management for Retail Products
- Act as escalation point for complex Product Risk governance and control matters
- Provide control expertise and opinion on end-to-end health of control environment across product lines
- Support implementation of Group Risk policies and frameworks for Risk Management
- Manage internal and external audit requirements for Retail Products
- Frequent engagement with ExCO and Risk, Compliance and Assurance (RCA) counterparts
- Increase risk and control awareness and capability within team
- Ensure effective systems, procedures and control infrastructure is in place
About This Role
The role directly supports IWPBs Retail Product Business and reports directly to the Senior Manager Product Risk Governance IWPB. The purpose of this position is to support the Senior Manager to enable and validate that colleagues deliver best in class products, propositions, and processes to all our customers, while mitigating associated risks.
