Robotics Technical Support Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide technical support for robotic fulfillment centers around the world.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive rapid resolution of critical robotic system issues, and delivering timely and accurate solutions to customer requests and issues through effective ticket handling.

  • Perform advanced data analysis and technical troubleshooting to resolve critical robotic system issues.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions to customer requests and issues through efficient ticket management.
  • Lead high-severity incident response and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across technical teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in support engineering or system administration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical details clearly and concisely.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in technical debugging and diagnostics.
