Customer Service Lead

Our team is seeking a skilled Customer Service Lead to join our dynamic retail environment. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Squad Goals:

  • Lead, coach, mentor, develop & inspire a team of individuals empowering them to excel
  • Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service and timely issue resolution

Retail Expertise:

  • Manage store inventory, visual merchandising, and overall store appearance
  • Implement effective sales strategies to meet business objectives

Champion of Charm:

  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to increase revenue

Training and Development:

  • Provide coaching and guidance to new hires on store policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
