Job Title: E Commerce Campaign Manager

">Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a digitally savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has deep knowledge of digital channels.

The successful candidate will take ownership of planning direct-to-consumer campaigns and be a key enabler to drive the execution of online strategy.

The role will be responsible for developing, refining, and executing online campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Campaign Management Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage multi-channel demand generation strategies, including paid search, social, display, affiliate, and email marketing
  • Deliver against campaign briefs to support eStore growth and define KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other teams (such as CRM, Paid, onsite, App, content, design etc.) to execute high-performing campaigns, landing pages, and promotional assets
  • Lead, manage, and optimize the complex paid media campaigns for various launches, seasonal, and always-on
Strategic Marketing Initiatives
  • Initiate, lead, and deliver marketing activities with key partners
  • Drive strategic marketing campaigns for the growth of Small & Medium Business channel
  • Lead the go-to-market (GTM) across various product launches
  • Drive sell-out platform attachment rates via key campaigns and events
Essential Skills And Qualifications
  • Proven e-commerce experience in digital marketing and campaign management
  • Implemented go-to-market plans across various digital touchpoints to drive sales and conversion
  • Experience developing and selling-in new propositions & business cases
  • Strong stakeholder and agency management skills
  • Ability to be both strategic and hands-on to drive results

Additional hours may be required over and above 37.5 hours per week and may also require work outside of ordinary hours.
