Project Payroll Officer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Payroll Officer to support our critical payroll transformation project.

This role will play a key part in assisting with backpay projects, ensuring accurate data analysis and compliance with Australian legislation. If you have advanced Excel skills and experience in payroll or HR projects, we would like to hear from you.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Payroll, HR, and IT teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. They will also be responsible for conducting data analysis, reconciliations, and validation as part of payroll testing phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with backpay projects
  • Conducting data analysis and reconciliation
  • Ensuring compliance with Australian legislation
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders
  • Preparing project documentation

Requirements:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience in payroll or HR projects
  • Solid understanding of Australian legislation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
