Accountant - Music Industry Liaison

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to oversee the entire client journey.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and build relationships with our awesome client book.
- Collaborate across internal teams to deliver excellent client service.
- Prepare and generate reports for internal parties.
- Managing the workflows and performance of on and offshore team members.
- Owning the liaison and management of ATO dealings for clients.
- Monitoring all client deadlines and ensuring prompt service.
- Maintain all physical and digital records.
- Experience as a Client Services Manager or similar role in areas of accounting and business services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record and experience with BAS preparation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sound knowledge in administrative processes and regulations in the accounting industry.
- Experience using cloud accounting software packages such as Xero.
