Job Overview

The Client Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in the success of our organization by managing relationships with high-profile clients from Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong client relationships and drive revenue through creative and quality customized playlists via our website.
  • Provide product presentation to clients and offer music supervision around our catalogue.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities for the team.
  • Maintain accurate records in management systems, ensuring regular contact with the broader team.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives within the scope of the project.
  • Assist with administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Client Relations/Account Managing roles.
  • Basic understanding of copyright and production music.
  • Experience or interest in digital music technology, music marketing, promotion, and audio production.
  • A genuine appreciation and passion for music.
  • Broad musical knowledge spanning all eras and genres.
  • CRM/client database experience, such as Salesforce or equivalent.
