Like White Sky, BlueRock is tech-enabled, entrepreneurial, and here to help clients focus on what they love.With this integration, we are expanding our service offerings to include tax advisory, insurance, legal, private wealth advisory, and brand and marketing support, all under one roof.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact between managers and clients, managing and building relationships with our client portfolio.
You will collaborate with various departments to deliver outstanding results and exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire client journey with White Sky.Understand client needs to provide tailored solutions.Collaborate across internal teams to deliver excellent client service.Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.Prepare and generate reports for internal stakeholders.Manage workflows and performance of onshore and offshore team members.Handle liaison and management of ATO dealings for clients.Monitor all client deadlines and ensure timely service delivery.Maintain regular contact with clients through various communication channels, addressing concerns promptly.Maintain all physical and digital records accurately.Assist in managing the firm's Governance, Risk, and Compliance strategies.Support team members with ad-hoc tasks as needed.RequirementsWhat We're Looking for in a Candidate:Experience as a Client Services Manager or similar role within accounting and business services.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven experience with BAS preparation.Strong problem-solving skills and creativity.A results-driven work ethic with attention to accuracy.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Proficiency in ATO portal, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of administrative processes and regulations in the accounting industry.Experience with cloud accounting software such as Xero.Interest or experience in music or the creative industry is highly valued.BenefitsWhy Work With Us?
