
Senior Customer Success Manager

Job DescriptionA key role in our organisation is to ensure customers achieve maximum value from our solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with customers to understand their goals, drive adoption and optimise their experience with our products.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during technical deployments, ensuring smooth implementation and successful outcomes.
- Partner with account managers and consultants to develop and execute customer strategies aligned with customer objectives.
- Gain a deep understanding of each customer's business goals, systems and workflows as they relate to our solutions.
- Champion the success of customers by optimising the performance and impact of their projects.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within corporate or advisory sectors. They should also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both highly technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing customer engagement plans to drive adoption and retention.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer pain points.
- Providing regular updates and insights to senior management on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
