Core Systems Professional

Join us in a dynamic role as a Core Systems Professional, where you will play a vital part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our core products.

This is a Full-time Fixed Term contract for 6-months. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems are optimised, compliant, and aligned with our strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and time keeping, with experience in cloud-based Financial/ People Management systems and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide training and support to users of core systems.
  • Develop user manuals and training materials.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
  • Work closely with people and culture team, wider digital solutions, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure systems meet business needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or enhancements related to the core systems.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with systems.
  • Implement best practices for data security and system integrity

Requirements

  • Experience with cloud-based Financial/ People Management systems
  • Understanding of human resource principles and time keeping systems.
  • 3 years' experience in either a Finance or People Management department
  • Experience with solution-focused approaches and strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Developed skills in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
