We are seeking an experienced Senior Trading Application Support Specialist to join our client's Sydney office, working as part of a global production support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and functional support for multiple technologies used by Brokerage Capital Market applications.
  • Liaise with business and operations partners, clients, upstream, and downstream application teams.
  • Evaluate incident management processes, including ticket workflows and escalation procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require 3-7 years of experience in OMS or similar systems, ideally Flextrade. You should have experience working in onsite/offshore models, particularly supporting APAC, UK, and US business lines.
