About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team at Healthscope. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering the annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and weekly forecasts to the CFO and Executive Team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders
  • Analyse performance results and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
  • Provide support to the CFO and Executive Team on budget parameters and financial planning
  • Communicate with stakeholders and provide leadership to the FP&A Analyst and other team members
  • Manage projects and provide advice on cost control and business modelling

Selection Criteria:

  • CPA/CA qualifications or equivalent tertiary degree
  • Data manipulation and analysis skills
  • Accounting systems knowledge, including general ledger, accounts payable, and payroll
  • Report and business case writing and presentation skills
  • Budget management and KPI skills
  • Change management skills
  • Experience in a hospital or healthcare environment (desired)
