Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

At ResMed, we're seeking a skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Finance department, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with local business leaders to provide financial planning and analytical support for decision-making.
  • Analyze financial information to determine present and future financial performance.
  • Identify trends and recommend improvements accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable benchmarking processes and metrics for IT organization.
  • Drive forecasting, close processes, controls/compliance activity, as appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Ability to plan, execute, and deliver on projects in a timely manner.
  • Demonstrated project management experience leading cross-functional and global teams.
  • Strong strategic, technical, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand new business and financial models quickly.
  • Effective style of presenting solutions to all levels across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Business, Commerce, or related degree.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, accounting, investment banking, or other relevant experience.
  • Experience conducting detailed industry/market research using a variety of sources.
