About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our Macquarie Asset Management team. As a key member of our Financial Planning and Analysis team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business in executing its strategy and delivering positive outcomes for our clients, portfolio companies, and communities.

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for assisting senior management in managing and controlling Macquarie Asset Management's costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will prepare and present cost-related reports to senior management, identify and implement cost control measures, and maintain and update business function expense policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior management in managing and controlling Macquarie Asset Management's costs
  • Prepare and present cost-related reports to senior management
  • Identify and implement cost control measures
  • Maintain and update business function expense policies
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across the group to ensure cost compliance
Requirements
  • 9+ years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis or cost management and reporting
  • Natural collaborator who can initiate and lead conversations with stakeholders across the Macquarie Group
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improved performance
  • Sound understanding and ability to communicate business performance across a range of key financial metrics
  • Experience in policy management viewed favourably
