Job Role

The Technical Product Specialist is the local technical expert for reverse vending machines (RVMs).

You will serve as a liaison between partners, customers, technicians, and system users, acting as the conduit between our organization and global headquarters.

Key daily tasks include:

  • Developing a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio.
  • Analyzing data from installed machines, reporting findings, and following up according to service level agreement requirements.
  • Suggesting, developing, testing, and implementing performance improvements.
  • Acting as the escalation point for technical queries related to RVMs and resolving issues.
  • Performing software and hardware testing.
  • Creating and maintaining training materials and product documentation.
  • Delivering training to technicians, field teams, and service operators.
  • Developing market-specific solutions for equipment and RVMs.
  • Supporting various projects within our organization.
  • Assisting with machine installation and deployment.
  • Implementing performance enhancements across our RVM portfolio.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An engineering degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
  • Strong data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A solution-oriented and results-driven approach.
  • The ability to learn and adapt to new concepts.
  • Previous hands-on or field experience (preferred).
  • Proven experience in product development or system improvements.
