Key Responsibilities:- Lead the evaluation, development, and negotiation of new commercial arrangements, including the assessment of commercial risks.
- Collaborate with the Procurement Lead to develop subcontracts that accurately reflect prime contract requirements.
- Review and draft commercial documents such as contract amendments, NDAs, R&D and innovation contracts, and inter company agreements.
- Support project teams with contract execution, issue resolution, and contract close-out at the end of contract performance.
- Promote a culture of compliance, risk awareness, and proactive commercial management.
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this key role in Victoria, AU. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor Degree in a commercial field, strong experience in managing, analysing, developing and negotiating contracts, and excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
