As a Monitoring Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement monitoring systems using Elastic Stack and OpenText Operations Bridge Manager (OBM) to provide real-time observability across IT infrastructure and applications.

Your duties will include collecting, analyzing, and visualizing metrics, logs, traces, and events from various systems to ensure full-stack observability. You will also be responsible for setting up and configuring Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Operations Bridge Manager (OBM), including component installation and integration.

You will work closely with other teams to identify bottlenecks and optimize configurations for efficiency and scalability. Additionally, you will maintain detailed documentation on configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in a Monitoring and Observability-focused ICT role.
  • Hands-on experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) and Operations Bridge Manager.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure (Linux, Windows, networks, cloud platforms like Azure, etc.).
  • Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Ansible, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
