Job Title: Project Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire project lifecycle for ICT services transition
  • Develop and execute an ICT strategy that aligns with business goals
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across departments, ensuring effective communication and trust
  • Support internal ICT function, overseeing daily operations, team performance, and service continuity
  • Advise senior stakeholders on systems security, continuity, and vendor management
  • Ensure agency's IT systems and data remain secure and reliable throughout transition
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources while ensuring quality and value

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in delivering successful ICT projects in public sector
  • NV1 security clearance (must be current)
  • Experience managing ICT transitions or shared service implementations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, able to bring people on board
  • Financial oversight experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, technical teams, and external providers

This is a full-time contract running through to 30 June 2026, with potential extension. It's an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in complex environments and understands nuances of public sector ICT transformation.
