ICT Shared Services Project Lead

A seasoned project manager is required to lead the transition of ICT services from an internal model to a shared services arrangement.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive ICT strategy aligned with agency goals, ensuring continuity, value for money, and fit-for-purpose outcomes.
- Lead the transition of ICT services, providing expert advice to internal stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate across business units to understand and deliver on technology needs, building and managing relationships between departments, including contract negotiation.
- Oversee ICT operations, including team leadership, budget oversight, and resource management, ensuring system security, reliability, and risk mitigation strategies are in place.
- A seasoned project manager with strong leadership skills and expertise in ICT strategy development and implementation.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, ability to collaborate across business units, and experience in contract negotiation and management.
- ICT operations management skills, system security and risk mitigation expertise, and excellent communication skills.
