Job Overview
The role of ICT Project Manager is critical to transitioning ICT operations to a shared services model while maintaining secure, reliable and high-quality ICT services. This position plays a pivotal part in driving business growth through effective ICT strategy execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ICT strategy that aligns with agency objectives and drives business outcomes.
- Oversee and manage the transition of ICT services to ensure continuity of services and a fit-for-purpose solution.
- Provide strategic advice to stakeholders and collaborate with business leaders to understand technology needs and requirements.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Financial Management: Proven experience in monitoring and maintaining financial records, assisting with budgeting, and financial planning.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead medium-scale ICT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management across technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements
A security clearance is required for this position. Candidates must hold NV1 clearance prior to commencement. A high level of integrity, discretion and confidentiality is essential.
