The ideal work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm. Immediate start available with a supportive team.

Windana provides connected services for more people in need, addressing alcohol and other drug harms, family violence, mental health challenges, and social disadvantage across Victoria.

We work with families, communities, and organisations to deliver trauma-informed, equitable, culturally safe, and integrated services based on evidence and practice wisdom.

About the Role:

The Mental Health & AOD Clinician will work as part of a multi-disciplinary recovery-focused team, providing high-quality evidence-based psychological therapies and clinical interventions.

You will engage with consumers to improve mental health and Alcohol and Other Drug outcomes, working closely with treatment teams, families, friends, and carers.

Windana provides holistic care addressing social, physical, and emotional needs informed by Collaborative Relational Practice (CRP) and best practice in evidence-based and evidence-informed care.

The Step Thru Care – Mental Health and Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) model addresses independent and co-occurring Mental Health and AOD support needs across western Victoria.
