Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Geelong, working in a permanent full-time capacity. As an Occupational Therapist, you will promote health and wellbeing by enabling participation in everyday activities.

  • You will work with various clients within the community, supporting and enabling patients to achieve their goals and live their best lives.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience working in a community or aged care setting, with a focus on promoting independence and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Home Care Package clients through assessments, equipment prescriptions, and home modifications.
  • Delivering the Rehab in the Home program, focusing on post-orthopaedic surgery recovery.
  • Providing support to clients after hospitalisation, including general surgeries, through the Hospital in the Home program.

You will also be required to provide your own vehicle (kilometre reimbursement provided) and travel across the region, ensuring timely and effective service delivery to clients.
