Job Title: Career Employment Specialist

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others?

As a Career Employment Specialist, your role will be to empower individuals with an injury, illness or disability become work-ready and find suitable employment opportunities. You'll work at our Perth site delivering Employment Services Programs across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and match job seekers with employment opportunities
  • Helping job seekers identify their skills, abilities and secure long-term employment
  • Delivering outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Increasing job seekers' capacity for employment through training and other support services
  • Creating and implementing individualised job plans to support a clear pathway to employment
  • Building and maintaining relationships with local employers and community organisations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a background check
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Able to work Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
