Our organization is seeking a dedicated Employment Specialist to join our team.

This role involves case management, reverse marketing of customers to suitable employers, and running group based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements.

The successful candidate will possess a genuine passion for recruitment and working with those in need, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet individual targets.

To be successful, you will also need to have strong administration skills, IT literacy, data entry, and typing skills, with experience in Employment Services or a related Service industry being highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a passion and drive for helping people find employment;
  • Demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to develop positive relationships with customers, employers, and staff;
  • Assess, match, and refer customers to appropriate job opportunities and advocate directly to employers;
  • Achieve individual targets and work to clearly defined KPIs;
  • Strong administration skills, IT literacy, data entry, and typing skills, Word, Excel, and Outlook experience;
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Employment Services or Career Development or willingness to study;
  • Experience in Employment Services or a related Service industry;
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM;
