Enterprise Architect Role

This is a 9-month contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including service designers, business analysts, policy writers, and program architects to shape outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with program representatives and technical teams to design solution approaches aligned with future state designs.
  • Develop an operational understanding of existing IT infrastructure, program design standards, and program work packages.
  • Engage directly with Chief Information Officer Division and leads to ensure enterprise architectures meet business and user needs.
  • Define architectural standards, principles, and guidelines for consistency and alignment.
  • Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Define and enforce IT governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Identify risks associated with technology adoption or integration and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Agile project delivery framework and managing IT change within an Agile project or program.
  • Similar experience in a complex IT environment.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in ITIL processes and structures.
  • Proven ability to deliver Enterprise Architecture in a complex ICT environment.
