About this role:

  • As a professional in the Valuations field, you will have the opportunity to apply your experience and knowledge to deliver commercially-focused valuation solutions on a wide range of challenging projects. You will work as part of an established and supportive team of experts in their field.
  • You will be involved in the preparation of high-quality accounting valuation reports and advice, undertaking robust accounting valuation assessments based on the full range of valuation methodologies.
  • Valuations research will also be a key aspect of your role, offering value-added insights into comparable companies and transactions, industry trends and market conditions.
  • You may also assist in the compilation of Independent Expert Reports (or Fairness opinions).
  • Key to success in this role is building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

Skills and qualifications:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Business / Commerce, Accounting or Finance is essential for this role.
  • You will have prior experience in accounting valuations, ideally gained within an accounting, boutique valuations or investment firm setting.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills are crucial, as well as an autonomous working style with a sense of ownership and pride in what you do.
  • You must also be conscientious with a high degree of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and dedication to producing high-quality work.
