We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Equipment Specialist to join our team.

The role involves delivering top-notch service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the company's success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Ensuring preventative equipment maintenance is performed according to client requirements

- Following all client safety protocols

- Troubleshooting and performing corrective maintenance on automatic sampling systems

- Liaising with clients about samples

- Ensuring cost effectiveness of all maintenance contracts

- Responding promptly to client requests

**Requirements:**

- Relevant qualification as a mechanical fitter

- Previous experience with mechanical sampling systems (desired)

- Strong knowledge of MS Office and Excel

- Exceptional problem-solving skills

- Customer service orientation

- Reliable attendance record

- Ability to work flexible hours
