As a member of our team, you will contribute to the design and delivery of solutions that support our strategic and operational objectives. You will work in an agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and testers as part of a high-performing DevOps team.

Your primary responsibilities will include adapting and developing original solutions to meet provided requirements, providing technical advice aligned with overall solution designs, architectures, and frameworks, and responding to production issues and routine maintenance activities as needed.

In addition, you will be responsible for successfully completing assigned development tasks as specified by due dates, using sound judgment when dealing with unexpected or competing project priorities or issues, and actively contributing to all stages of project delivery from end-to-end.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be considered for this role, you will need 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Power Platform, specifically with Power Pages and Power Automate. Your proven technical skills should include proficiency in Microsoft App development utilizing Azure App Service and Power Platform, as well as consuming channels like Microsoft Teams Apps.

Additionally, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, demonstrated ability to successfully manage several competing project priorities simultaneously, and a customer-focused approach when formulating project solutions.
