Clinical Nurse Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Educator to join our Clinical Education team in the Southern Highlands. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a key role in developing and delivering educational programs to our staff who work in a 24/7 environment across our Goulburn and Bundanoon locations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs to meet the needs of our staff
- Work collaboratively with the Clinical Education team to achieve education outcomes
- Use creative skills to design and deliver clinical learning strategies and support career pathway programs
- Ensure compliance to aged care standards and regulations
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practice Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)
- Current or working towards Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs and quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to coach, mentor, and support staff
- Experience in ensuring compliance to aged care standards and regulations
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and prioritisation in order to complete tasks with competing deadlines
- Current Driver's License
