Job Title: Security Supervisor

\

The role of Security Supervisor is a critical position in our Social Infrastructure and Citizen Services business unit. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for clients.

\

Your primary focus will be on coordinating with stakeholders to review incidents, identify risk, and educate staff on safety awareness. Additionally, you will work to ensure that sufficient trained and qualified security resources are available in high-risk areas.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review incidents and assess potential risks
  • Evaluate and implement strategies to mitigate risks and improve security outcomes
  • Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with legislative requirements
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational workforce planning and administrative portfolios
\

Requirements:

\
  • Prior experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
  • Familiarity with security alarm and management systems
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekend shifts
  • Current WWCC and First Aid certification
\
