As a Maintenance Project Coordinator, you will be working as part of a supportive team that focuses on delivering outstanding projects. Your role will involve coordinating repairs and maintenance work orders to ensure all outcomes are met and workplace safety requirements are followed.

You will deal with clients and subcontractors while maintaining an efficient operation and ensuring timely quality completion of work orders. Key accountabilities include:

  • Receiving, assigning and invoicing work orders
  • Supervising work orders including budget, time, resource and quality requirements
  • Maintaining contractual KPIs
  • Scheduling jobs
  • Liaising with clients to ensure works are carried out as per contract terms
  • Liaising with trades to ensure works are carried out in a timely manner and up to standards

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with tenants to inform them of scheduled works
  • Handling complaints received by tenants or clients regarding works
  • Ensuring all documentation is stored in the system for each work order
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service

Health, Safety and Environmental (HSQE) accountabilities include:

  • Leading by example in stimulating a high level of safety awareness at all times
  • Ensuring resources are allocated to deal with WHS/EMS obligations at sites
  • Being actively involved in WHS/EMS/Quality procedures for all works

Key skills and qualifications required for this role include:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in relevant employment
  • Formal qualification (diploma or higher)
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Able to think logically and solve problems independently
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Professional presentation and attitude
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathetic and people-focused approach

  • Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia/New Zealand or Unlimited Working Rights in Australia
  • Police check
  • References

Salary range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
