We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in rural New South Wales and Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care to elderly residents with compassion and empathy
  • Support and supervise Enrolled Nurses and Care Service Employees to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 months aged care experience since AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Demonstrated expertise in clinical knowledge and understanding of aged care legislation
  • Solid understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation processes
  • Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • A empathetic and respectful approach to care
