The NSW Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network is seeking a qualified healthcare professional to provide high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional healthcare services, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
- Collaborating with medical officers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
