Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide guidance, support, and perform various levels of activities of daily living for individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about working in a group living environment and implementing procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals.

The ideal candidate will be a strong advocate for individuals served and believe in the power of community integration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing individualized treatment plans and play a lead role in daily implementation.
  • Implement procedures that ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals and general cleanliness and safety of the physical site.
  • Assist individuals to access and/or provide transportation.
  • Review and complete all required documentation.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, required.
  • Reliability, willingness to learn, and being open to new opportunities.
