Senior Technical Lead

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and delivering Appian-based solutions, with experience in mentoring team members and ensuring alignment with business goals.

The successful candidate will possess excellent technical skills, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving projects forward.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the architecture, design, and delivery of Appian BPM applications.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
  • Defining technical architecture, integration design, and security layers of Appian applications.
  • Guiding a team of developers and ensuring high-quality code delivery.
  • Conducting peer reviews, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring performance optimization.

Required qualifications include:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT, with 10+ years of experience in Appian.
  • Proven experience in designing and leading the delivery of Appian-based business process solutions.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Appian development.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
