Appian Solutions Architect

Job Description:

The role of Appian Solutions Architect involves leading the design and implementation of enterprise-wide solutions using the Appian platform. This position requires a deep understanding of the Appian platform, including its core capabilities, data fabric, and integration technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Consultation: Serve as the primary advisor to business and IT leadership, assessing business requirements and translating them into effective Appian solutions.
  • Design and Implementation: Design scalable and sustainable Appian architectures, oversee the development and customization of Appian applications, and leverage modern technologies to build efficient solutions.
  • Governance and Best Practices: Develop and enforce governance frameworks, ensuring solutions are built for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of Appian solutions, facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and IT operations teams.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Appian's core platform and development tools, proficiency in integration technologies, and knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and Azure services.
  • Architectural Acumen: Strong ability to design scalable, high-performing Appian architectures and experience with Appian application customization and configuration.
  • Experience & Educational Background: A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, required certifications, and at least 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and architecting via Appian platform.
