Senior Appian Expert Wanted

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to spearhead the development of innovative solutions using Appian. The ideal candidate will design, develop and deploy complex business applications that meet client needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce architecture and best practices for large-scale projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, driving continuous improvement in process efficiency
  • Lead junior developers, provide guidance and mentorship to ensure quality delivery
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews and identify opportunities for process optimization
  • Explore emerging technologies to enhance Appian capabilities, ensuring long-term competitiveness
  • Manage UAT, deployments and upgrades (cloud and on-prem) with a focus on minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency
Requirements
  • 6+ years of software development experience, including 4–5 years in Appian, with a strong foundation in J2EE, .NET and RDBMS
  • 1–2 years in a leadership or senior developer role, with a proven track record of driving results and delivering high-quality solutions
  • Excellent analytical, communication and team leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment
  • Appian Certification (Senior/Lead) preferred, with experience with AI, RPA, IDP, DevOps or Process Mining tools a bonus
