Senior Tour Accountant Role

Our organization seeks an experienced Senior Tour Accountant to join our finance team.

  • Key responsibilities include working on TEG Live, TEG Dainty and TEG Sport tours across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, forecasting, and budget management throughout tour lifecycles.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with tour managers to deliver accurate financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Drive financial performance by tracking ticket sales, merchandise, and revenue streams.
  • Manage end-to-end tour finances, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, cash reconciliations, and final settlement reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and contract terms.
Requirements:
  • Previous tour or project accounting experience is essential.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a finance role within a commercial organization.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Proven ability to present to significant stakeholders.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to prioritize various workload items.
