We are seeking passionate and skilled occupational therapists and allied health practitioners to join our team in supporting individuals on the autism spectrum.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team, delivering evidence-informed solutions that are person-centred, family-focused and customer driven.
As an occupational therapist or allied health practitioner, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with autism to achieve their goals and aspirations.
You will work collaboratively with colleagues to identify strengths, areas of need, and develop support strategies that build capabilities and work with participant's interests.
We meet participants in their community setting to work on transferrable skills that shape their everyday lives.
Job Description- We are looking for qualified occupational therapists and allied health practitioners to join our team in Sydney, Newcastle, Central Coast, and surrounding areas.
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy and allied health services to individuals on the autism spectrum.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement individualised support plans.
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations for equipment and resources to support individuals with autism.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, speech pathology, psychology or related field.
- Fully registered with relevant professional bodies (e.g. AHPRA).
- Current driver's licence and use of own vehicle for business purposes (reimbursed per km).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance.
- Working with Children Check for paid employment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
